Travis Scott is in trouble with the Mafia.

DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia has filed a lawsuit against the Houston rapper over his Astroworld song “No Bystanders,” which he claims has an almost identical hook to Three 6 Mafia’s track “Tear Da Club Up” off the group’s 1995 album Mystic Stylez.

Warning: Explicit Lyrics

According to legal documents, obtained by TMZ, DJ Paul claims the cadence and sound are almost identical. The hook to Three 6 Mafia’s song goes “Tear da club up, tear da club up,” while Travis’ “No Bystanders” says “F**k da club up, f**k da club up.”

Paul also cites Travis’ performance at the Grammys in February, where he used his exact hook from “Tear Da Club Up.”
