Drake was the big winner last night at the “Billboard Music Awards”. In fact, he was the biggest winner in the HISTORY of the “Billboard Music Awards”.

Going into last night’s show, ADELE had the record for most awards won in a single night, with 12. But Drake picked up 13.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé and Twenty One Pilots won five awards each, and the Chainsmokers got four.

CHER received the Icon Award, and while she didn’t offend anyone by injecting any political garbage into her speech, she might have offended with her performance . . . when she came out in PASTIES and barely even tried to lip-sync “Believe”.

Then she changed into the outfit and wig from her “If I Could Turn Back Time” video for a performance of that song. During her acceptance speech, she said she’s 71 and can do a five-minute plank.

Celine Dion also brought the house down with “My Heart Will Go On” . . . while wearing a dress with ENORMOUS shoulders . . . and co-host Vanessa Hudgens got the crowd riled up with a quick a cappella mini-performance.

Miley Cyrus impressed everyone with an understated performance of “Malibu” . . .

Dan Reynolds from Imagine Dragons came out for a tribute to Chris Cornell, but there really wasn’t much to it. Just a quick speech and a moment of silence.
