Kanye West is up to something.
The Chicago rapper’s reps filed documents to trademark “Yeezy Sound” for “streaming of music, audio, images, video, and other multimedia content over the internet,” according to The Blast.
In August, Hov addressed the problems with Kanye, saying they are unrelated to their TIDAL dispute. “I don’t care about none of that,” he said. “It’s Kanye’s decision and has always been his decision. I’ve never held anybody back in my life from doing anything. You can’t name one time I hold people back. From what? I don’t do that. It’s not who I am. It’s nothing about business.”
Over the weekend, Kanye ended a year-long hiatus from performing by joining Kid Cudi onstage. For many, this signaled an active Yeezy, who may be looking to release new music.
