MEGAN FOX PUBLICLY SLAMS EX BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN FOR POSTING PHOTO OF THEIR SON

Megan Fox was not happy about her estranged husband Brian Austin Green’s latest Instagram post.

On Sunday (November 1), the Transformers actress, who rarely shares photos of the their children on social media, accused Green of “feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother” after he posted a picture of their son, Journey, dressed up for Halloween.

“Why does Journey have to be in this picture?” Fox commented under the (since-deleted) image, which showed the father-son duo wearing Halloween costumes at home. “It’s not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren’t in. I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media.”

The 34-year-old continued, “I know you love your kids. But I don’t know why you can’t stop using them to posture via Instagram. You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year.”

Evidently, Green got the message: he eventually replaced the photo with Journey cropped out of frame. (For context, though, Fox notably posted shared a picture of her own kids on Halloween 2018 — albeit the comments on that post are turned off.)

Fox faced a bit of backlash for her apparent parent-shaming, though. “She didn’t need to do that,” one user commented, as another chimed in, “Interesting that she decided to lambast him on his Instagram instead of privately, yet she accuses him of using the kids as a ploy to make her look bad.”

Green and Fox, who announced their separation after 10 years of marriage this summer, share three kids together: Noah, 8, Bodhi, 6, and Journey, 4.
