Sia Furler has played stadiums, won awards, crafted hits for your favorite pop stars and snagged No. 1s around the globe.
Next month, the Aussie allrounder takes her career to another level with the release of Music, her feature film directorial debut.
The story follows Kate Hudson, who plays Zu, a “newly sober drug dealer and self-saboteur” who becomes the sole guardian of her autistic half-sister Music, played by Sia’s longtime dancer Maddie Ziegler. As Zu struggles to take care of her sibling, she turns to her friendly neighbor Ebo, who’s played by Hamilton star Odom, for help.
And from today, we all get another close look at all the colors and sounds of Music by way of a new trailer and official poster.
The “Cheap Thrills” singer co-wrote the movie with Dallas Clayton, and she wrote and performed its accompanying, 14-song soundtrack, Music – Songs From and Inspired by The Motion Picture.
Music is scheduled for a special limited theatrical IMAX release on Feb. 10 and will be available everywhere on-demand from Feb. 12.
